HBO faced a deceptively difficult audience problem: viewers knew Westeros, but the new series depended on their ability to follow an unfamiliar dynasty through marriages, children, time jumps and competing succession claims. We were brought in to identify where that complexity threatened comprehension and engagement, then turn the findings into clearer creative frameworks around character, genealogy and story.
